Welcome to the Ecstatic Dance Event Producer Training! I’m thrilled you’re considering this online training.

I’m on a mission to create more spaces where people can transform through dance, because dance has saved our lives many times. Can you relate? But, as we all know, it’s not just about the space—someone’s gotta step up and lead the experience.
I’ve learned a lot in the past decade and a half of leading and producing thousands of events, including Ecstatic Dance Oakland, the largest weekly conscious dance on the planet. I feel called to give you the structure and support so that you can share this life-changing practice with your community.

Donna Carroll is founder and CEO of ALIXIR DANCE, which is a cross between a yoga class, a rave and a church service. ALIXIR DANCE recently changed its name from Ecstatic Dance International, which she founded in 2008.
Donna has a B.A. in Fashion Design from Kent State University and spent seven years working for Target, Talbots, Lane Bryant and May Company. She’s also a certified Kundalini Yoga and AcroYoga teacher.
She has designed and produced thousands of dance events across the USA, Mexico, Central America and Europe. She has also produced conscious concerts for stars including Porangui and Ayla Nereo.
